I used to live in Hazelbrook, which was OK. Yes, my mates who lived further up used to refer to it as West Penrith but it didn't worry me. It didn't take very long to drive up to good climbing spots and there were lots of beautiful walks and waterfalls around Hazo. Driving home after climbing on a Sunday could be a chore as the traffic used to really limp back down the hill. |
