Other Identities: Scumbag, Bludger, Scammer, No Hopper, Hussler, Pimp, Dead Cbomb, Arshole, etc, ect.

Social Standing: Every where, not just restricted to the climbing community.

Psychological Profile: Articulate, charismatic individuals purporting to have high values and little material need while quietly the stacking the $'s away for that next big trip. Multiple personalities with narcissistic behavioral traits.

Physical Cues: Waxed ear canals, Tunnel vision, White hand syndrome from sitting on them to long, and a personally developed style for attracting sympathy.

A particular club I belong to has always had its share of dirt bags, both rich and poor, "I might say," floating around. My favorite one is the individual who asks, "whose rope are we using today?" Pushing it out to others for a response! 3 guesses whose rope gets left in the car nearly every time! Thing is, we all have behavior patterns (good and bad) that can and are observed. Happy Days ;-)
