Fantastic to hear Ron is still the land owner. He is a great supporter of rock climbers. All he asks is that people respect his right as a land owner and to contact him prior to accessing his property. Plan ahead & organise access. If you can't contact him please climb somewhee else.
When this access issue first arose about 12 - 15 years ago we contacted Ron & organised a VCC trip up there. His main issue was 4wd users not respecting private property access and ripping out his entrance gates. If climbers continue to do the right thing, access will continue into the future. |
