Nowra as a town is a different creature from the climbing. If you think that all Nowra routes are short and cranky, well, your missing half the fun of the place. Theres the short and cranky in Bombadery, the New Nowra routes away from town, superb bouldering in and out of town, single and multi, trad and sport routes above the sea at Pt Perp and if you want some adventure head up into the hills and find it or paddle up the Shoalhaven, DWS or climb massive trad routes. Nowra as town is culturally wanting but so are most Australian towns!
