Had a bit of a taste of where this could end up as I camped at Cape Conran in East Gippsland last week and the potential model for PV. Had to pay $33.50 for a camp site! In the same camp ground there was a full time PV type warden, cabins and "Nature Retreats" (aka cabins covered in huge tens) both at a cost of $180 per night. Great location, clean toilets, etc etc but expensive and obviously a self funding model.
