For the history/politics buffs. Reportedly a true story. When Richard Nixon met Mao Tse Tung on his landmark visit to the People's Republic of China in 1972, during the conversation he asked Mao via an interpreter "Chairman, what do you think would have been the result if Nikita Khrushchev had been assassinated in 1963 and not John F Kennedy?". Mao considered for a short time and responded "I cannot say, Mr President, but one thing is for sure: Aristotle Onassis would not have married Mrs Khrushchev."
