A good start for bringing first class climbing standards for anywhere is to get rid of stupid tatty fixed pieces of shitty bloody tat. Put a bolt in dudes, we live in the NOW - the world of amazing technology. Taipan wall too. Instead of some crappy rotting fixed gear or mangled 16th century hanger put a nice solid bolt in. Don't be scared Victoria - you can do it. This goes doubly for nice areas in bloody West Virginia USA where you run up a perfect line of pretty bolts that fades to swearing and rp placements followed by a runout to a bunch of rotting tat (aka rap station). Arrgghhhh.
