Is there any >regulation? There is no licensing system. There is an Australian Standard, which covers mainly construction standards but some operational matters as well. Workcover, or the Victorian equivalent, takes an interest especially where workers' safety is concerned. If you have a specific question, you can PM me, I might be able to help. Mike
