It is private property and entirely closed to climbing. The owner actually lives on site (or certainly did historically, it has changed hands sometime in the last few years I believe.) Had a good look around back in the 80s when my folks knew the owner and yes, there is a load of potential if you have a large stock of bolts and an endless supply of wire brushes and brooms but there was and is no prospect of climbing access ever being allowed. There is a paintball place off Granite Road that also has some good-ish unclimbed crags on its land but for OH&S reasons they are also unlikely ever to allow climbing on their land.
