Will the above also equate for the climber halfway up the wall, they won't know they've been shot they will wonder why there is suddenly a big sticky red patch on the rock in front of their chest?
I also wonder how long before vic rednecks and gun lobby get our state to follow suit. They just allowed an open cut gold mine in the Wombat state forest why not give shooters free range. Lots of deer in my fav spots in the vic range that need culling.
