At the risk of being called mean spirited: Well Whoopdie fukin do. Another tourist put their money down, threw the dice and came up with a summit. Good on her. She didn't roll snake eyes. In a season of especially bad weather, press and luck on Everest. More discarded oxygen bottles, tents, fixed lines and bodies litter the mountain. This woman succeeded in her petty ambition. Why should anyone care except to be angry at the despoliation our planet for our avarice? ... well yea. Mean Spirited.
