Assuming this is a serious question - like your original post - here's the drill:
"it's" always means "it is".
"Its" is a possessive pronoun, like yours or his or hers or theirs.
So, it's not your photo, they can make as many photos as they want of you climbing and the revenue is all theirs. Unless of course they ask you to pose and you agree for a fee, in which case some of the revenue would be yours.
