hi Petter, even better as A) you will hopefully be able to change the way you train more readily than the advanced/geriatric climber, and B) you wont go through the injury-learning-curve which most of us have. you could save yourself a whole-lotta angst, and be further ahead than you otherwise would be a year down the track. injuries certainly slow your progress; 90% of the problem is recognising when you are about to injure yourself, and then actually stopping!
which we may do as a seperate seminar- a protocol for assessing your own injuries. most start of as a recognisable niggle, ansd then progress into something much bigger. |
