the route I was talking about is a direct start to a 22 that goes up a crack then right and up a headwall. I think the bolts were fixed hangers, not rings. It was a photo of Corrinne Gwynther on it in the calender. Julian and Corrinne must have some sort of catalogue of new routes they have done in the Gramps.
I climbed it with Kenny. We accidentally ripped a good hold off it, below the crux. Adds an extra hard move, but the crux is still higher up. I believe Kenny still has the hold if somebody wants to glue it back on! |
