My preferred style of climbing is onsight trad. I onsight 20, but only 18 for jam cracks at the moment. I have no idea what I could redpoint because that style of ascent doesn't interest me. I've only been climbing 18 months, and I'm still new to the sport, but it seems to me that when people start getting to the higher grades (22+), they lose interest in trad climbing. Why is this the case?
