At one stage one of our neighbouring farms was getting reject sweets by the truck load , including chocolate which tended to melt creating huge blocks , churned up in a mixer wagon along with hay , silage or grain provided high energy food source and supposedly you could taste the chocolate in the milk , however by the time it is mixed into other loads in 250000 vats , standardised (fat and protein added or removed to meet the specs), pasturised and homogonised there is no flavour left . |
