That article is the absolute pinnicle of Hun reporting.
"A WOMAN" (caps on here just to make sure you know, wer'e talking about A WOMAN) "has been airlifted to hospital after falling almost 40m down a cliff near Marysville.
The 35-year-old was at the Wells Cave Track at Taggerty when she fell at about 12.50pm."
(I'm confused here because the poor girl seems to have fallen about 25km, all the way from "near Marysville, to Taggerty". I think the real story here is "A WOMAN survives 25km fall". On a more positive note it is good to see that Wells Cave has been relocated to a more accessible place for the greater enjoyment of the public.)
"Paramedics found her with a cut to her skull and neck pain and treated her at the scene. She was taken to The Alfred hospital in a serious but stable condition.
ALSO today, a man partially severed his arm in a machinery accident at Yarram.
He was airlifted to the Royal Melbourne Hospital.
It is believed the 40-year-old was in a paddock close to harvesting equipment when his arm was caught in a sanding machine at about 11.30am." (Poor bloke should have been standing a but closer to the harvester, and a bit further away from the sanding machine and he would have been alright. What were they doing running joinery equipment in a paddock anyway?)
He was treated at the scene by paramedics and is in a serious condition.
It is believed the man’s arm could be lost from the elbow down.
The CFA assisted as paramedics removed the man from the scene."
And whats with the picture. Surely THE WOMAN isn't that bad looking, and has global warming really caused the sea to rise as far inland as Taggerty! WTF.
Who writes this trash.
