I'm only using it as a logbook, not a guidebook.
Anyway, I just had another look at thecrag.com. It's a lot faster than I remember it being in the past and has much better coverage of Australia. I've already accrued too many climbs in the UK (where the coverage is, as expected, less good than UKC) to switch, but will certainly be using it as a handy source of beta.
Besides, there's something therapeutic about adding nice, neatly organised lists of climbs to the database. Not that I'm compulsive about it or anything... |
