Got to the bolt ladder on Seventh Pillar back in 07 and had left all my bolt plates behind. Had to use wires.
Same trip my partner and I were racking up at the base, we'd flaked ropes, I'd got all my gear on, and he asked "so where's my harness?"
ME: "Where did you see it last?"
HIM: "In the boot of the car"
ME: "Did you get it out of the boot?"
HIM: "No"
ME: "Well... I'm prety sure I know where it is then"
Luckily he likes jogging. |
