One of the many great things about Araps is that you can chuck your rack almost anywhere and something will set nicely. Although not answering the question, I'm reminded that when I first started climbing there, I didn't own RP's or cams, or a 60m rope, yet got up all the classics I tried without any memorable issues. (having said that I do take both cams and RP's up most lines there now).
