Blue Mountains also has a lot of sport climbing if you're interested in bolt clipping. Though there's not as much sport below grade 18 for your girlfriend. Shipley Upper is good, and a popular option, though feels like an oven if it's a hot day. Centennial Glen a short walk from Shipley and is out of the sun, though not much below 23 (F7a). Barden's Lookout is also a good option. Also, the Dam Cliffs which has a range of routes from 10-low 20's all around the 12m mark, and a swimming hole (great in summer - though October in Australia should feel like a really hot British summer).
