SH looks pretty cool (http://routes.climb.org.au/index.php?page_id=10&action=route&route_id=15974) and certainly ambitous for where I am at the moment.

I had a great time with shortman over the weekend. I seconded him on a couple easy trads and top-roped a 17 a couple of times. Before we left a Canadian guy showed up looking for partners and he led a 22 using a double belay. I tried seconding it and got a little over halfway with one cheat (pulled on a draw). I was in awe of the guy. He fell three times and still completed it. Nice!

Outdoor was as fun as I anticipated--which was very fun. I'm organizing another weekend with two more of my gym buddies and we'll put a kit together between the three of us so we can start going out on our own.

Ultimately, I'd like to climb something high. Not sure if 80m+ exists in Vic but I've got a while to skill up and shop around before I decide what to fix in my sites for 18 months down the track. In the meantime I'm going to love browsing the cliffs of Victoria :)
