This was the book that got me started in outdoor pursuits. A classic! I often borrowed it from my high school library. Back in about 1975 I got my own copy. It was well out of print by then - but Angus and Roberston had found a box of loose pages, and asked Paddy Pallins if they wanted them - as bound books. They said yes - and I was able to score one. More recently I picked up a couple of copies in a second hand bookshop in Hobart. All the people who contributed to the book were very active in their fields - and some of them still are. Dave
