The Complementary Healthcare Council just commissioned a Deloitte Access Economics study that apparently shows Australian patients suffering a recent heart attack gain a great cost-benefit (in terms of Disability Adjusted Life Years gained) by taking fish oil.

This could help some trad climbers?

Ok so I started using this,

and just thought I'd comment that it tastes awful!!

I have been taking 3 times the dosage for initial loading, and so far only tried mixing it in water (700ml), and adding cordial when the foul taste assulted me. It's just drinkable, I will try it with chocolate protein powder tomorrow and just the normal dose. Anyway, seeing as I recommended it, I now recommend the capsules instead...

http://www.bulknutrients.com.au/joint-and-skeletal-support/joint-complex - 480 CAPSULES for $79, 1 or 2 a day.

We all know sport climbing isn't scary and bouldering is for weirdos. The real hard men play the trad game, but even they get scared and have a few heart flutters on occasion. I'm sure I've heard a story of some well 'ard guy sketching 73 metres above his last piece of gear; suffers a heart attack, but just keeps thumping his chest against the cliff face while ascending the rest of the route, and then gives himself CPR at the top. Walks home afterwards, 17 km uphill. With a ruptured duodenum and smashed phalanges. Downs a case of beer and eats a ham sandwich for dinner.

Matter of fact, it could have been M9...
