Thanks for posting those linked videos up ajf.
It is interesting to see the overlap & subtle differences in response to identical questions, by the different interview-ees.

Delineating between risk and consequence is a profound concept!

Read the article.I agree with Ross. I would also add that there is a huge deficit in mentoring. The people running the organizations and uniclubs are failing miserably. The older climbers who are not a part of the clubs are, like you, more into snarky comments than inspiring people to go trad climbing.
