EPE Backpacks?

Anyone have any experience with this brand and, if so, how is it?
We're looking at getting a couple of travel backpacks for an upcoming trip to Italy and everything we've seen around here, in Seattle, WA, USA, isn't quite what we're looking for. We've been looking online at the Palooka line of EPE packs and they seem to have everything we want. Unfortunately, we've been unable to find any online reviews and, since they're not sold here in the US, we can't try them on in advance.

Any comments about the brand and the quality would be greatly appreciated.

I work in an outdoor retail shop that sells EPE stuff (well, our other store does anyway).
It's only cheap gear really. Well featured, but the quality of the materials, zips etc certainly doesn't let it compare to high end gear. It's good stuff for what you pay, and if you're only doing a bit of light backpacking through Europe, it'd be fine, but for a longer trip, or anything outdoorsy, I'd look for a better brand.
