Can anyone please help me. I have approximately 30 - 40kgs of climbing gear that I want to carry(full trad rack top rope set ups and rope) and want to get a pack that is comfortable and easy to carry and bomb proof. I currently have a tonka duffle bag with straps to put over your back buyt it is a great bag but no good to carry on your back.
Any suggestions please
thanks guys

I love my Macpac Torree too. I carry way too much and it does a good job.

Osprey Aether - they come in 60 and 85 litre versions - they are lightweight and have a custom fitting waist belt - veeeeery comfy. Where the pack contacts your back there are piles of little rubber fingers that contact your back (they look like those Scholl sandals) and allow the air through, so no more sweaty pack from your sweaty back (I think they call it AirScape suspension). The top pocket also detaches to become a small pack/bum bag.
After hauling my 80 litre Lowe around the world for over 20 years I hadn't realised what comfort was in a pack until I bought the Osprey. (Do I get a free pack now Mr. Osprey???). Paddy Palin's stocks them.

I have a Torre as well and can certainly recommend it. Its pretty heavy duty but the trade off is the pack itself is a bit weighty.
Check out the Paddy Pallin online clearance store, I think there were a number of packs that were discounted.
