Phil at Arapiles Resoles in Natimuk has a hydraulic machine that can stretch climbing boots. Could make the difference that sounds like you need! Wait for the painful test first though - and using a thin plastic bag as a shoe liner gets the feet in more easily too. Then just wear them around indoors for increasing lengths of time. But the bottom line is boots that are too tight stop you climbing well! If all you can think about is placing your feet so they don't hurt as much, then it's time to 'size up'. Good luck though.
