I think it was Climbing at Muline on Eye of the tiger. I had a high right foot, pulling into a pretty extreeme drop knee position with the right leg (ie: knee facing straight down, toe up high). I didnt feel anything at the time, but when i fell off a move later i was in a lot of pain.

I'm not 100% sure, but i think thats how it happened.
