i'm planning to go there soon for a couple of weeks and i don't have a partner yet...
i have full gear, i'm leading 18-19 trad and more on sport routs...

There is a group of us who climb every Thursday night, usually in the gorge, we meet in the carpark near the bridge in Paterson Street at about 5 PM. Everybody is welcome and you might find somebody to climb with for a couple of weeks.

i there, i'll be in tassie since mid march, and will stay for about two months, just need a bit of practice cause there is one year i'm in australia and havn't climb...
but willl be defenetly interested to climb with u guys.

think Northern Tassie is a little short on enthusatic climbers...

hooked up with daniw and rob macmahon who are both awesome dudes, especially huge thanks to rob. im looking for more people to climb with though... anyonew interested in the north west face of federation peak??
anyhow, as for a trip report, ive been having lots of fun...been to hillwood, paradiso, cataract, and the organ pipes this morning. cant be bothered typing any more of a report just yet. im gspending a few more days on the organ pipes then going to freycinet for a few days, then ben lomond to learn how to jam, then going to the tote for a look & to do the candlestick, not sure eafter that....maybe back to freycinet or to frenchmans
