Hi

I'm looking for a share house in the lower blue mountains (glenbrook/blaxland/springwood etc.). Currently living in mt riverview. I'm 31 and work at nepean hospital, like to get out on my mtb, go for a climb etc. in my spare time & think that cats are the only malicious animals. Looking for a relaxed living environment with people who have their own lives but don't mind having a beer together occasionally, going for a climb etc. I do shift work so if you are in to drumming or watching bouldering videos during the day while I'm asleep that might be a dealbreaker,

call/txt me if you're interested

cheers Tim

Hi Tim,

There will be a room available in Leura from mid March. I know its outside of your range but thought i'd offer it anyway.....nice house and 5 min walk to train station.

Let us know.

Hi Doolie,

Thanks for the offer, but I think Leura would be outside the bike-commutable range for me.

cheers,

Tim

G'day mate,

If you get too desparate, I've got a place I've been renting for a few years down at Emu Plains. Personally, I don't really care whether or not I find a new flatmate (the peace and quiet is nice), but if you get desparate enough I've got no problems with sharing the place.

Word of forewarning. My house is "the house your grandmother might have lived in", and is a bit long in the tooth. It doesn't bother me (since I'm only home when I'm sleeping), but an old fibro house bothers some delicate types who exist for open plan living, psuedo-brick facades and a cobweb free existance (my neighbours, basically).

If your planning on living with Paul Tim then it's not the house that I would be worried about :)

Haha just kidding Paul ;)

Why do you think I used the word "desparate" a few times, JengA. =P

Hello. I am living in Leura at the moment, living in the house that i am renovating for the mean time. But the reno will be finished in march and me and my girlfriend will be looking for a room, or house sit, or granny flat then. Might be interested. I am always out climbing with paul, and friends with ben for references..
drop me a pm if its a possibility..
cheers
