Does anyone know if Cliffhanger is in fact closing? Heard rumours of its having been sold.

Sold doesn't mean it's closing. Press release from Cliffhanger this morning...

"Goodbye, Farewell, AMEN... after 17 years it's time to say goodbye for Tim and the other directors. As of 23/2/2011 there will be new owners on deck. I personally would like to thank all those who have supported me through good and tough times - keep climbing. Dont suppose anyone knows the owners and can put in a good word for me :P Really keen to get back to Melbourne at this stage!
