In light if the recent catastrophic flooding, we have decided for the next few weeks to donate proceeds from the sale of each World Climbing Calendar 2011 to a flood relief fund.

Please help us with this.

as a long time visitor to the mount and a resident of the area for 3 years my heart goes out to nati . it would be my pleasure to donate to the community that did so much for me

Thanks Bel. Oh, your reply has made me realise that the title of this thread probably doesn't convey what I intended it to -- so I've edited out the "for climbers" bit. What I was trying to say in as few characters is possible, is that this is something climbers might be interested in rather than meaning that we'd actually be donating the money to climbers. Because at the moment I was thinking we'd probably donate it to the main Queensland appeal. But that said, I'm planning to see how things unfold over the next few weeks before a final decision on where we'll send the money.
