I'm finding it hard to put my finger on why chockstone isn't as much fun as it used to be.

Here's a thought.

There is work and there is play.
There are lots of rules for work.
This is play.
How many rules do we need?

BTW my name is ross, i am a 52yo wrinkly, my username came from work (8 letters: first initial and 7letters of surname) it seemed uncannily appropriate. my icon is a self portrait. i made it myself. it's not difficult.

the problem, as far as i am concerned, is not that people are mouthing off anonymously. the problem is that sad little people feel that it's important to be self rightous. i'm a sad little person myself, an ageing bumbly with shrinking testicles, but in these times of newspeak and propaganda, i would hate to see restrictions on self expression, to feel the dead hand of conformism pressing down on our minds. This is a playground, not the united f---ing nations. Some people take themselves far too seriously.
