Ward's Hill is meant to be ok, it's the steep hill you go up on the drive from Kincumber to Kilcare. (with the bottle-o / pub at the bottom of the hill). There are 2 hairpin bends, and the walk-in starts at the uphill one of these, it looks pretty obvious to find the crag from there. Park either at the top of the hill or perhaps at the lower hairpin. I dunno much about the routes.

Hi Scruff,
Like someone else mentioned, the sydneyclimbing.com website has a section on the central coast. The biggest area seems to be Phegan's bay. It'd a nice local crag if you happen to live in Gosford but it's not really worth the trip from Sydney. Unless you live right on the Newcastle freeway, for not much more travel time you could be in the Blue Mtns or at Mt Keira or just about at Nowra.

There's a cliff overlooking the ocean close to Woy Woy, I remember walking there and seeing loads of rusty carrots plus belay carrots on top
